Daily routines are thoughtfully structured, but participation is always a choice. Members are encouraged, not pressured, to engage in ways that feel meaningful to them.

Our team is made up of individuals who are patient, energetic, and deeply committed to person-centered care. We look for people who are not only skilled, but genuinely enjoy building relationships, engaging members, and creating a warm, positive atmosphere.
Kimberly Auger, CDP is the President of Elmstead Daytime Senior Care, where she leads the center’s daily operations and supports families, members, and staff. With more than 12 years of experience in senior care, Kimberly has worked across assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and PACE programs.
Her background in senior living administration has shaped a standard of excellence rooted in compassion, thoughtful service, and meaningful connection. At Elmstead, she is dedicated to creating an elevated daytime experience where older adults can socialize, engage, and feel a true sense of belonging in a beautifully supportive environment.
Kimberly believes exceptional care lives in the details and is honored to create a place where both members and their families feel genuinely at ease.
A Supportive Environment Designed for Comfort and Confidence
Elmstead is intentionally designed to feel warm and home-like, not clinical or institutional.
Our fully ADA-accessible space features clear sightlines for safety and supervision, designated areas for activity, dining, and quiet rest, and secured, monitored entry points. Every element of the environment is meant to reduce overstimulation, encourage ease of movement, and help members feel comfortable spending the day.
Elmstead is a social adult day program, designed for individuals who benefit from supervision, structure, and assistance, but do not require nursing or ongoing medical monitoring. Our team can assist with mobility, toileting, feeding, and medication reminders for self-administration, allowing us to focus on engagement, connection, and quality of life throughout the day.
